Refund policy
If not satisfied with the lesson you must raise your concerns immediately. Lessons which have been conducted are not eligible for refunds. However, we can discuss any adjustments moving forward if unsatisfactory.

Damages and issues
You are responsible for your own equipment and BAM has no responsibility for any damages caused during lessons.
Exchanges
If one party needs to reschedule there needs to be 24 hours notice. We will do our best to fit you in the same week but it may not always be possible. Any cancellations or rescheduling which takes place within 24 hours may be subject to 100% charge for that lesson.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for lessons which have already taken place. Cancellation of future lessons needs more than 24 hours notice.
